ATS” means Last Mile Group’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), hosted by Tribepad Limited and used for the recruitment and selection of candidates applying for jobs at the Last Mile Group. It is accessible at: https://careers.lastmile.com 

Us”, “We” or “Last Mile Group” refers to Last Mile Infrastructure Group Limited and all our direct and indirect subsidiary companies. 

You” refers to anyone applying for a vacancy with us.



Please read these terms carefully. By using our ATS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Every time you wish to use the ATS, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. 

If you do not agree to these terms (including any amendments) you must not use our ATS.


Conditions of Use

  1. You must be aged 16 or over to register on and use our ATS.

  2. If you are applying on behalf of another person (i.e. you are a recruiter), you confirm that you have express permission from the applicant to upload their personal data and/or their CV. 

  3. The information you provide as part of your application must be accurate. We reserve the right to reject any application which is inaccurate or misleading.

  4. You must keep your login details confidential and secure. We will not be liable in the event of any authorised access to your account where your password has not been kept secure. You should contact us immediately if you suspect that your profile has been breached or the security of your password compromised. 

  5. You must read and confirm you accept the terms of our Job Applicant Privacy Notice, which details how we collect, use, or store your personal data, in order to use our ATS.

  6. By creating an account on our ATS and applying for job vacancies with us, you understand we will contact you about your application(s). Emails will be sent to you from noreply@lastmile-group.com.  



We make every effort to ensure that the information on our ATS is accurate and up-to-date. If errors are brought to our attention, we will try and correct them. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by reliance on any inaccurate material.


Links to Other Websites

We are not responsible for the content of any other website, including any website through which you may have gained accessed to our ATS or to which you gain access from our ATS. We do not accept any liability in connection with such other websites or links. 


Social Media

Our ATS can be linked to your social media platforms, including LinkedIn to populate your applicant profile. We will only do this with your consent.


Site Security

While we make reasonable attempts to exclude viruses and other malware from our ATS and its contents, we cannot guarantee such exclusions. You are strongly recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before using our ATS or downloading any information or content from it.
